Technical Assistance to the EU Delegation to Türkiye for the Implementation of Competitiveness and Innovation Sector Operational Programme
The present Technical Assistance aims at ensuring proper and timely implementation of the operations financed under IPA (instrument for Pre-accession Assistance).
It will support the EU Delegation in the implementation and monitoring of the projects and contracts, being expected that a pre-selected number of CISOP (Competitiveness and Innovation Sectors Operational Programme ) funded projects are adequately implemented as per the Practical Guide to procurement and grant award procedures for European Union external actions (PRAG) and CISOP rules and regulations.
