The projecto aimed to identify the manner in which the employment guidelines influenced national policies, the political decision-making process, and the reforms designed to put into effect the common objectives of the European Employment Strategy.
It also aimed to determine the extent to which those policies and reforms contributed to the effective attainment of the objectives laid down in the guidelines on employment and to contribute to the evaluation of the performance of the EES at the EU level and of its contribution to the Union's employment objectives.
