The Consultancy had the purpose of defining a new Service Contract (SC) Salary Scale for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Office in Angola.
The objectives of contracting SCs, as part of the UNDP workforce are consistent with the overall efforts to increase national development and strengthen technical capacity and expertise under national execution.
The definition of the remuneration scale and benefits for SC holders was based on the local market conditions. Therefore, a market survey was implemented among a selected sample of reference organisations based in Angola.
