Local Economic Development Programme (PRODEL) - Design and Implement the Monitoring and Evaluation System
The Local Economic Development Program (PRODEL) aims to support the economic development of the rural areas of the Gaza, Inhambane and Sofala provinces, through the strengthening of the productive base and competitiveness of the local micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME).

The ProDEL adopts a LED and Value Chain approach, promoting vertical and horizontal linkages between the various economic stakeholders, its target group are associations of small farmers and micro, small and medium-sized enterprises linked to the agricultural sector and agro-processing.

The Monitoring and Evaluation Expert shall support the Government of Mozambique and the European Union Delegation in the country to establish a Functional Monitoring system that will allow to analyse, monitor and report on the achievements of ProDEL’s objectives and results and support programme management in Evidence-based decision making, allowing to take necessary corrective measures in due time.
