The Project aims to promote in all provinces, over a five-year period, the progressive improvement in the quality of education and training offered by a network of schools at various sub-systems and levels of education and at some vocational training centers; among the schools in this network, there are 11 schools in the Pre-School Education and General Education subsystems.
For the Project implementation in these schools, a plan will be drawn up for the development of the quality to be achieved by each one of them, during the period mentioned above, for them to be considered as Reference Schools.
