By means of regional platforms for public-private dialogue the program supports the development and action plans for each pilot region.

The IRADA program purpose is therefore to contribute to the sustainable and inclusive economic development and to improved employment and women and men in Tunisia.

Specifically, it aims to:
reinforce the private sector’s contribution do sustainable economic development in the target regions.
• Improve the quality and relevance of the offer for basic and ongoing training, as well as employment counselling services in order to better respond to the needs of the national and international labour markets.
• Stimulate the structured participation of regional actors towards the development of the private sector and governance of professional training.

The Mid-Term Evaluation of IRADA Program will aim to carry out a systematic and objective assessment of the project’s design, implementation and results achieved, as well as those remaining to be achieved. The goal is to measure the relevance and degree of achievement of the specific objectives, the efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability of the Program's development.
