The project aims to contribute to the sound environmental management of Zimbabwe’s natural resources by improving the Environment Management Agency (EMA) performance in order for it to deliver on its mandate, vision and objectives in the most economic and effective way.
In this sense, it will provide an independent assessment of the Environment Management Agency and Develop a Reform Strategy and Implementation plan to strengthen the strategic direction of EMA to improve on its effective, efficient and economic delivery of mandate in line with the country's development agenda.
