The main purpose of the assignment is to conduct in-depth analysis of selected marine clusters, with the aim to promote the production of high value fishery, value-added products, import substitution, and export, in line with the PRODESI’s goals.
The study will focus on the fishery industry cluster of the following sectors:
- Salt production, fishery products, aquaculture products, associated naval construction and maintenance, and direct suppliers to fishery production, i.e., a total of eight (8) value chain studies.
Geographically, the assignment will cover 6 coastal provinces of Angola, namely: Luanda, Zaire, Bengo, Kwanza Sul, Benguela, and Namibe.
