This project assisted the Northern Corridor Transit Transport Coordination Authority (TTCA) in evaluating the economic potential of the region - including Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Kenya, the Democratic Republic of Congo, South Sudan and Tanzania - in order to attract national and international investors.
The study involved the collection and analysis of existing information on the private sector of the region and its potential for growth, which has been incorporated into an information management system that will enable the TTCA to dynamically gather and disseminate information on business opportunities in the region.
