The project aimed at improving the managing structure and internal organisation of the Managing Authority of the Sectoral Operational Program for Transport, in order to remedy the identified shortcomings, to improve the performance of the current Program (2007-2013) and to contribute to the preparation and implementation of the subsequent Operational Program.
