The project aimed to contribute to an effective and efficient programming and management of public investment, in line with national priorities.
A multiannual public investment program for the period 2013-2017 was drafted, as well as the public investment program for 2013 and its justification and framework reports.
The outputs of this technical assistance included:
- Medium-Term National Development Plan 2013-2017;
- Expenditure Framework 2013-2017;
- National Development Plan 2013.
