This Training Program addressed the Francophone Regional Economic Communities - the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), the West African Economic and Monetary Union (UEMOA), the Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa (CEMAC) and the Economic Community of Central African States (CEEAC).
It focused on EU programming cycle and project preparation skills successfully delivered to officials from RECs and, also, in accelerated submission of projects by RECs for financing under the 10th EDF and programming of the 11th EDF.
