The objective of the assignment is to provide the Mid-Term Review (MTR) of the 10th European Development Fund (EDF) Regional Strategy Paper and Regional Indicative Programme (RSP/RIP) with an assessment of the coherence between the national strategies and programmes and that the regional programme supported under the RSP/RIP.
In producing the assessment the assignment reviewed the links between the Country Strategy Papers and National Indicative Programmes (CSP/NIPs) and the RSP/RIP, both in terms of programming and implementation, and the coherence between national strategies and plans and regional integration policies and strategies, as set out in community law and in the RISDP and the coherence of national policies with other EU policies (i.e. EPAs/trade, climate change, fisheries, etc.)
