The project contributed to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the procedural framework for public investment, making it one of the main vectors of the national development project.
Specifically, it ensured the sustainable implementation of the Presidential Decree 31/10, in order to structure and organize the programming phases of public investment, at central, provincial and sectoral levels. To that purpose, institutional strengthening and staff training were provided to the National Directorate of Public Investment and the sectoral and provincial planning units.
