The overall objective of this project was to assist the ACP Secretariat in evaluating applications submitted under the call for applications EuropeAid/129417/C/ACT/Multi ARIAL.
The specific objective encompassed technical assistance from experts in ACP Secretariat assistant in the steps of the evaluation process, namely: registration, administrative control, and compliance of applications, reporting to the Evaluation Committee in their meetings.
