Technical Assistance to the Restructuring of the Studies, Planning and Statistics Office (GEPE) of the Ministry of Health of Angola (MINSA)
The project aimed to increase the effectiveness of the organisation and functioning of the GEPE, in order to ensure a qualitative and quantitative improvement in the programmes and projects managed by the Ministry, in particular in regards to their monitoring and evaluation.
In this context, we defined one strategic guideline for the GEPE in the medium/long-term, put in place a monitoring system for programmes and projects (with a methodology, tools and capacities) and we trained the Ministry's staff in using that system of monitoring and evaluation.
