The project's overall objective was to create a regional platform for dialogue between employers and the public authorities with the aim of improving the business environment in the region, particularly through concerted and harmonized actions.
The Technical Assistance also aimed to:
- Elaborate studies as well as interventions on the environment likely to facilitate business;
- Improve the dialogue between the public and private sectors.
