The main purpose of this project is to assist the "Greenland's Home Rule Government" (GHRG) in the planning, implementation and reporting of the "Greenland Education Programme".
It will also contribute to the strategic planning of the education sector in subsequent years by assisting GRHG in:
- Establishment of a "Mid-Term Expenditure Framework" for the period 2008-2011 for the whole education sector;
- Preparation of the 2008 Financing Decision;
- Establishment of an "Annual Work Plan for 2008";
- Reporting on the "Greenland Education Programme".
