Assessment of the programme's performance in terms of relevance, efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability of the support to "Independent National Electoral Systems" (INEC) and Civil Society.
Besides the assessment, the study will provide the European Commission (EC) and other partners, the relevant information regarding:
- Strengths and weaknesses of INEC's and Civil Society Organisations' (CSOs) performance during the election period;
- Identification of areas where EC support may have potential to improve the credibility of future elections.
