The project supported the implementation of the second generation Road Maintenance Fund (FMR) and introduced a more effective and dynamic management.
The intervention involved an adjustment of the FMR’s operating structure and Human Resources structure, taking into account the functions defined in the Fund’s statutes; a review of the Fund’s administrative, financial and accounting functions; the training of Human Resources and the implementation of a data collection and information system to enable the preparation of the Fund’s annual reports.
