The evaluation aimed to analise if the projects' activities matched the stated objectives, the ACP Secretariat (African, Caribbean and Pacific Group of States) institutional mandate and the main partnership principles of ACP/EU.
In fact, this mid-term evaluation aimed to analise the performance of the activities under “ad-hoc projects” according to the efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability criteria.
The results of this mission allowed supporting the ACP organs and the joint institutions in the execution of the tasks consigned by the Council of Ministers, the Committee of Ambassadors, and the ACP member of the ACP/EU Joint Parliamentary Assembly.
