The project contributed to the rationalisation of public expenditure in the sector, defining the financial needs and expenditure priorities, as a tool to be used in the negotiations between the MINED and the Ministry of Planning and Finance, and with cooperation partners.
The intervention also looked for alternative funding options and partnerships with the private sector and civil society.
