This project contributed to the improvement of capacities of the Ministry of Planning staff, through an experimental process aiming at the validation and operationalization of the SIGIP, through its implementation, based on a series of methodological tools, such as the decentralization of decision-making and the management of public investment, the methodology of information collection, the methodology of elaboration of the PIP, the methodology to follow-up implementation, or the management routines of public investment.
The project also aimed to create the conditions for the evolution of the system based on programmes.
