This analysis of the technical and financial feasibility of the Integrated Rural Development Programme for the Cunene Province included, among other components, the rehabilitation and construction of social infrastructure (health centres, schools, etc.).
The main outcome of the study was a complete Tender File, including the corresponding financial agreement, to be presented and negotiated with development partners (multilateral and bilateral).
