Study of the effectiveness and impact of the reform programme foreseen in the scope of the FAS II, namely:
- Analysis of the degree of realization of the conditions imposed for the two tranches of the FAS II;
- Study of the results produced by the measures and reforms carried out in the scope of the programme;
- Identification of the constrains the programme was not able to address;
- Analysis of the Macroeconomic framework.
