- a diagnosis of the existing systems in the Department of Statistics and Economic Studies of the Central Bank;
- the preparation of an Action Plan for the rationalization and progressive modernization of the new information management system;
- the definition of a structure for the first two modules of the new information management system (Monetary Statistics and Balance of Payments);
- the optimization of the new information management system and the improvement of its technical and functional characteristics.
