Qualifications and skills required

• Have at least 6 years of professional experience in the areas of development, human rights and/or civil society issues.

General professional experience

• Previous experience with the human rights and democracy grant implementation is an asset;

Specific professional experience

• Previous experience in the assessment of proposals under EC calls for proposals is an asset;

Language skills

• Be proficient in English. Have a good command of French and/or Spanish;
