The Technical Assistance (TA) for the Implementation of the EU-Angola Dialogue Mechanism II will contribute to the implementation of specific activities to strengthen political dialogue between Angola and the EU, in areas of common interest under the Joint Way Forward (JWF) agreement, signed in 2012 and, namely:
• Training and Education:
• Science and Technology;
• Transport, Energy,
• Peace and security;
• Good governance and human rights;
• Peace and Security;
• Sustainable development and economic growth;
• Sustainability and climate change.
The TA is responsible for providing advice and secretariat to the program's governance bodies and for executing its guidelines and resolutions, assuming the operational management of all activities, including:
– the launch and management of the Calls for Proposals
– the monitoring of the execution of the Dialogue Actions
– the management of funds for the Dialogue Actions
– the design and implementation of the training and capacity building plan
– the holding of training and training sessions technical support with partners
– the promotion of the communication strategy
– the organization of program events
– the promotion of media visibility of the program and its activities.
