This report presents a rapid assessment of the effectiveness of the Palestine European Joint Strategy (EJS) 2021-2024 to building better partnerships. It uses development effectiveness principles and Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 17 (strengthening the means of implementation and revitalizing the global partnership for sustainable development) as the means of measurement.
