From 27 to 28 of May it was celebrated 20 years of partnership between European Union and East-Timor at Dili Center. This event marked the beginning of Europe's economic and political integration, and its critical role in Timor-Leste to ensure the achievement of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. CESO is proud to have been part of the organization of this successful event for the European Union Delegation and to continue our work in East Timor.

It was two amazing days and over 6.000 people that participated in interesting discussions about the important role of the EU in East-Timor, EU projects presentations, delicious food, good music, quizzes, and lots of fun! This year’s theme for the fair – “United in Diversity” – was a call to reaffirm the commitment to continue working together for a better and more prosperous future in East-Timor.

At the end the goal of showing the impact of different projects on participants and their communities, and the introduction of visitors to implementing partners and to the work they are carrying out, was completely achieved.
