Implementação do Plano de Acção da União Europeia para as Alterações Climáticas e Desenvolvimento
The Council has requested the elaboration of a first bi-annual progress report of the implementation of the EU Action Plan on Climate Change and Development to be considered in the year 2007.
The overall objective of the current intervention is to answer this request and conduct a progress report.
The progress report should follow the Action Plan's own monitoring and evaluation section.
The overall progress report shall cover the years 2004-2005 (2006 shall be included as well for information purposes in the EC).
The intervention should focus on how he EU (EU-15 plus EC) is collectively implementing the Action Plan.
