The Technical Assistance aims to improve the identification, prioritisation and coordination of interventions related to the Palestinian External Investment Plan, for which it will establish a political dialogue with relevant stakeholders, such as the Palestinian authorities, the private sector, international donors and institutions international financial institutions.
It also aims to improve the understanding of Palestinian investment and the financial markets, analysing market dynamics, priority areas of political dialogue, identifying investment possibilities for financial instruments of the European Union's External Investment Plan in Palestine and the needs for interventions that may be taken in connection with investments.
It will support a publicity campaign aimed at promoting greater awareness of the financing opportunities that the External Investment Plan may offer to the general public, the private sector, public authorities and the international community.
