The intervention consisted in the development of the main medium-term planning tool for 2013-2017, in line with the long-term development strategy for 2025 (Angola 2025).
More specifically, the work involved:
- Defining national and sectoral policies to support government action for the next five years;
- Identifying key projects of strategic priority;
- Adopting guidelines for the development of the territory;
- Setting the Medium-Term Expenditure Framework and its Financing Framework.
The technical assistance produced the National Medium-Term Development Plan 2013-2017 and the National Development Plan for 2013.
