The intervention consisted in the redesign of the Bahia State Planning System, the institutional remodelling of the structures within that system and the implementation follow-up.
To that purpose, a process mapping, analysis and review was carried out in the following areas:
- Strategic Planning;
- Budget Management;
- Monitoring and Evaluation of government programmes;
- Technical and Financial Cooperation for Development.
