The project aimed to ensure adequate conditions for the launch of Phase IV of the "Euro-Med Youth Programme", a programme aiming at promoting mobility of young people between EU Member States and eight Mediterranean Partner Countries (Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestinian Authority, Tunisia, Israel).
It also aimed to:
- Drafting the Terms of Reference (ToR) for the subsequent technical assistance of Phase IV of the "Euro-Med Youth Programme";
- Drafting of related documents (e.g.: Logical Framework, Technical and Administrative Provisions (TAPs));
- Preparation of the new phase ready to be launched, including missions in the Mediterranean partner countries (Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestinian Authority, Tunisia, Israel).
