The Support Project for the Development of Legal Systems, coordinated by the National Authorizing Officer (NAO), within the PALOP (Portuguese-Speaking African countries) Regional Indicative Programme II, comprised the activities focused on the capacity reinforcement of the judicial officers.
These activities were implemented by means of partially decentralised management, through a Project Management Unit (PMU), responsible for the elaboration and management of a Programme Estimates, laying down the human and material resources required, the corresponding budget and the detailed technical and administrative activities’ implementing arrangements.
