The project aimed to improve further effectiveness by enhancing the capabilities of its workforce in order to meet the challenges of tax administration reform.
The Technical Assistance conducted a training needs analysis (TNA) of BURS staff according to the requirements of the new structure and the Strategic Plan 2006-2009 and recommended a training programme in order to identify training needs.
