The project aimed to improve the organisation and the management system of the National Tax Inspectorate, in order to increase the effectiveness of its internal control department.
The intervention supported the process of administrative and legal reform through internal activities, the creation of tools, methods and systems to achieve positive results in terms of an efficient management and control, in collaboration with the Court of Auditors.
