The global objective of this contract aimed to set-up within the Valuation Department and Fraud Control Department a modern system for post-release verification in desk and field audit with documented manuals of procedures.
The specific objectives of this contract were as follows:
Develop the framework of the desk and field audit processes;
Develop professional post-release verification expertise in order to ensure an efficient and effective execution of the post-release verification process;
Povide the concerned employees with updated knowledge in desk and field audit methodologies and techniques.
