The project's aims to develop a strategy for the tourism in the Island of Santo Antão, having in mind the following objectives:
- To increase the capacity of the services in the area of tourism;
- To increase the quality of the products and services delivered;
- To promote the protection, conservation and development of cultural traditions and nature.
