This project carried out a strategic analysis and developed alternative scenarios for the IDIL (Instituto Nacional de Desenvolvimento da Industrial Local ) the Mozambican body for SME development.
From this analysis, we established a strategic development plan and an action programme for the restructuring of the Institute.
